New LifeLines Forming Now
The following is a list of Counseling LifeLines now forming and accepting new members. Email Jodi Fisher or call at 890 4246 to sign up.
DIVORCECARE I: This 13 week workshop-style event seeks to meet the specific needs of the divorced. The Divorce Recovery ministry team schedules and facilitates all aspects of the seminar and follows up with phone calls and encourager cards. Beginning Thursday, January 15, 6:30pm.
DIVORCECARE 4 KIDS: A ministry designed to help kids (Kindergarten-6th grade) deal with their parents recent divorce. This class is a parallel class to DivorceCare I.
GRIEF SHARE: Designed to help you during the grief process of a loved one. Tuesdays, beginning on February 3rd, 6:30 to 8:30 in the Next Steps Room at Lenexa.
INTIMATE ENCOUNTERS: A 12 or 24 week program designed to help married couples discover and build on the intimacy factor in their marriage. Tuesday or Thursday classes.
STEP-FAMILY CONNECTIONS: A weekly Wednesday night group for step-parents to connect, grow and share beginning Wednesday, January 28th at 6:30pm.
VICTORY OVER CHILDHOOD SEXUAL ABUSE (WOMEN): A 14 week support group for women recovering from childhood sexual abuse. Join other women on the journey from victim, to survivor, to thriver. Beginning Thursday, January 22 at 9:30-11:30am at the Overland Park Campus; or 7-9pm at the Lenexa Campus.
VICTORY OVER SEXUAL SIN (WOMEN): Works directly with women who find themselves struggling in the area sexual addiction. (ie. pornagraphy). Beginning Tuesday, Jan. 13, 7pm at the Lenexa Campus.
